Where Youth and Families Find Their Voice in Mental Health
Unmute Lab is a research and innovation hub dedicated to breaking the silence around mental health. We partner with youths, parents, schools, and communities to design and test creative interventions that reduce stigma, strengthen family communication, and promote help-seeking. Our work creates spaces where young people and families feel safe, supported, and empowered to share their voices and find pathways to well-being.

Bring Change to Mind x Asian American and Pacific Islander Program (BC2M-AAPI)
Actively seeking schools interested in bringing the BC2M-AAPI program to their students.
In collaboration with the Bring Change to Mind (BC2M) — a nationwide mental health anti-stigma organization, we developed a 10-session, club-based program designed specifically for Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) high school students. The BC2M-AAPI program integrates interactive learning and creative expression, including role-plays, comics, games, case discussions, expressive writing, photovoice, and story-telling.
